I'm trying to identify a movie.?

It's either early 00's or late 90's. I remember a lady chef cooking and as she cooks her expresses a certain emotion. This emotion is then passed to the patron eating it and the act the same way the chef did while preparing the dish during dinner. I also remember her preparing some dessert dish and crying, and while the patron's ate it, they cried. I thought it may have been Chocolat but I was wrong.
