Should i put shrimp or ballyhoo on my barracuda tube in thetwo hooks off thebeach?

i wanttoo catch a barracuda off the beach in the fl keys with a light green barracuda tube should i put bait on the two hooks and if so what bait shrimp or ballyhoo or something else
