I'm gay and my parents hate me for that. Why?

It's heart breaking but it seems you have to let your parents go. They're heartless evil assholes and they don't deserve your love anyway. Keep trying to find a job, you will eventually, then you can head to a community college. That will get you a better job so maybe you can save enough for a university. It will take longer, but your dreams are not crushed. Stick with your love, and keep being strong. Over time your parents may realize the atrocity they have committed, and try to fix it. Then it will be up to you whether to forgive them or not.
