Question about pc in making?

If you aren't going to overclock go with an i5 2500 and save a couple bucks. You'll need a different motherboard if you plan on SLI'ing, the MSI P67A-G43 should work fine. And that power supply seems to be good enough, however it doesn't have enough PCI-E connectors for SLI'ing with that Card.
