Which PC Is Better? Please Help?

Intel i5 without an OS. You then can install the OS by default, either Windows or, my personal favorite, Linux. You can do everything except play games on Linux. Actually, with the right set up, you can even play Crysis 2 on it through WINE. Also, if you buy it with OS, it'll be loaded with crapware and OEM crap as well.
